It's just dirt really...

I got aluminum rims and Mud Slingers for it, but the tires haven't come in yet.

Thanks, it is still in the "Do i like it or don't i" stage. I look at it and think what else can i do to make it better looking. i've had it in a couple of ways but can't rest on one i like.

i think its time to change the paint though, anybody know how to get normal auto paint off plastic without melting the shell?

I used to use easy off oven cleaner, but it was a pain. I found some stuff at lowes, it comes in a small white bucket with a green lid; it's called PEEL AWAY or something like that. Best stuff I've ever worked with, as it got about 10 coats of paint off one of my hard shells in 5 min.

I am very new to the sport of rc's I had a Xmod...a Tmaxx with custom painted(by me) 50's chevy body...then bought an X-factor...all have been sold for some time now as i play with my fullsize trucks....but I want one of these bad..... swamp dog tires, beadlocked rims, small suspension lift and i'll be set....oh yeah and I have to find one first.......seriously though thanx guys I've been looking for a good winter hobby (read indoors)

Just hought i'd show my New Treds.
[image][/image]
Had to jack up the body using some old conservatory roof caps, in order for the tyres to not scrub and also allow the front wheels to turn. they make a whole lot of difference to the terrain it can go over. All the radio gear has been waterproofed which makes it fully capable of running through water. I will be posting videos as soon as they have gone through the utube upload process.
