To the guy that I sold the Cedrmark F-16 I lost your address. Could you let me know what it is so I can get the instructions out to you.

Nice- I walked by that one several times thinking what a beautiful scale plane it was.

That's a good looking Quaker. Let me know if you're interested in a Miss America, framed up and ready to cover. Looks (and flies) a lot like the Quaker. I think the wingspan is approx. 80"

Guys,
It was a pretty good show. I got everything I was looking for plus stuff I did'nt know I needed. Picked up an awesome Dave Platt Spit with a MOKI 1.8 and KELEO exhaust from a guy that just so happened to live close to where I fly! (small world). I also scored on a BUSA Fokker Dr1, again from a fellow Atlanta area neighbor. I met some VERY nice people as is always the case with this show. Hope everyone had safe trips back home. Here are some pics of the 2008 show. I took these pics early on so they don't really represent the fullness of the show when it's in full swing.

Good pics! I was in the red ford ranger that is the first vehicle in your first pic. What he didn't tell you on that picture is that the line went clear out on the main road and was blocking some traffic. The local police came in and started making multiple lines to get the traffic off of the road. I think they ended up with 4 rows of cars to get them all in! This was just for the people that had tables, not the general public. Wish they would open the doors/gates just a little earlier for us!!!!!

I did pretty good too! Bought a ziroli B25, Big gsp T6 texan, jet, 9c radio, futaba 14 ch fasst system that I've been looking all over for, flight sim, couple cases of glow fuel, etc...

I also met 'Gator' from the Pro Bros!!! If you didn't see his covering skills you really missed something!!! Great guy!!!! Good luck on that new secret project Gator

I also saw a bunch of guys from Alabama and Florida that I new!!!

It was a good show but I think that there wasn't quite as much as last year. There were a few empty tables and outside of the main building wasn't near as crowded as usual.. Probably due to the price of gas...

GAGEEBEES: Could you post a pic of that Miss America? I don't even know what it is, but I love to see old timers.

Here's an old picture I found on the web. We haven't unpacked from Perry yet so I won't be able to get pictures of the actual kit for a few days. This will give you some idea of what it might look like. One of my flying buddies had one that was originally built for free flight and converted to RC. It was covered in silk and dope and had an ancient Saito .40 for power. It was a great flyer. 84" wingspan and just three channels.

It does look a lot like the Quaker. Don't worry about taking pictures of the kit, I just wanted to see what it was. These old cabin models just have such character.
