Something about the rims though??

Were they Bought or made?

They are bought. OOC RC Racing makes them http://www.oocrcracing.com/main.htm Just make sure the dish wheel is nice and clean for good adhesion

Awesome work. Honestly the best touring car paint job i've seen in a long time.

Just one suggestion though - why not round off the jagged corners of the lexan in the wheel wells? In my opinion it would look even better, and you dont risk shredding your tyres if they catch on the shell.

because I just trimmed it on the lines. It's going to go up for sale, so I'll let the person who buys it do all the final trimming to fit their car.

Yeah they do look very flat, but in person, and from a side shot, they look really cool! I have 2 more of them to paint up. I'm not sure how aerodynamic they are or how they do on the track, but they are fun to paint

Those dish rim decals look really cool. They make the dish rims look not so boring. Someone was asking about a picture of a real Charger. Here's one. The scoop looks like the real one.

I'm going to be putting chrome accents on a car I'm working on do you have any tips? Want to tell us in detail how you accomplished such a clean result? All the little things you do...

Beautiful job!

the wheels are decals, they do look weird in the pics though

How I finished with such clean results...biggest thing is to take your time. Spray lighter coats vs. heavier ones

Nice paint job! That thing looks awesome. How did you do the hood scoop? That body doesn’t come like that. Is it made out of Lexan too? As for the wheels, I’m not sure if I like them but, it is different, and different is cool…

The hood scoop is from www.oocrcracing.com

They come clear and need to be cut out. They also include a template that use as a guide to cut the hole in the body. It can either be shoe goo'd in or small screws can be used. I just used shoe goo on this one.
