Status: offline 		I HAD BOUGHT FROM THE WALKERA FACTORY AN HELICOPTER 60# AND I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEMS THAT ALL THE PERSON IN THIS FORUM CAN TO SEE IN THE LETTER THAT I HAVE SENT WITH MY HELICOPTER NEAR THE WALKERA FACTORY.



THIS IS THE COPY OF MY LETTER:



Shanghai 04 November 2006.











Dear Ms. Carmen,







I send you the helicopter model Walkera 60# that I had bought from you in date 11 October 2006 and the invoice that I have paid for these items:







1. n. 1 WALKERA 60# 1.100 RMB



2. n. 1 Lipo Battery 1500mAh 10C+Training Kit RMB 450



3. n. 1 ESC speed controller 30A RMB 150



4. n. 1 Brushless motor HM-060-Z-49



5. n. 1 Charger for lipo GA003







When the helicopter is coming here I have checked all and I have soon changed the standard motor and speed controller with the brushless motor and new ESC.



Just I have connected the battery I have seen that the ESC was good for to give energy at the servo but not good for to give energy at the power and there wasn’t the normal sound when to turn on the ESC.



So I am been near model shop and I have testing the ESC with the owner and we have seen that the ESC was wrong so I have had to buy a new ESC, that you can to see near the model, for RMB 290.



For the second time I have connected the battery at the new ESC and the motor work good and I have tested the helicopter but I have seen that the flight time was only around three minutes so I have tested the lipo battery and I have seen that the charge for a 1500 mAh is too much little for this size of battery so I have bought, for to resolve this problem, a new lipo battery from HiModel for RMB 422,22. (see the order details in attachment).



Now finally I have tested for the third time the helicopter and I have seen a problem near the rudder so I have checked well and I have seen another problem that the servo of the rudder didn’t work fine and I have seen that the cable near the servo was wrong near the welding so I have bought a new servo near HIModel for RMB 78,64 (see the order details in attachment).



With new servo that work fine I have tested the helicopter and I have seen many vibrations near the rotor and also a servo near the tail rotor to do a lot of free movements that mean that it is another one wrong, I have tried to change the blades but there is always it is not useful.



So at this point I have thinking to send you the model because so it is impossible to use.







Now for don’t use the model I have paid more:







n. 1 new battery 422,22



n. 1 new ESC 290



n. 1 new rudder servo 78,64







Total that I have paid for to resolve the problem of your quality RMB 790,86











So in the total I have paid RMB 1.870 + RMB 790,86 = RMB 2.660,86







At this point I have decided to send you the Helicopter because is impossible to use and I think that at this point to try at to buy the CNC update and another new servo for to resolve the problem of the vibrations is absolute not useful.



I would that you checked your product that I have sent you and I would to have a new product in right condition for to be used.



I would to have at this point from you a 60C model CNC parts, with my brushless motor, for haven’t problem of the vibrations near the rotor that is also dangerous for himself.



I think that is the minimum if you are a right Factory after that you have seen all money that I have paid more.



For your information are more twenty years that I play with RC model so I think to know its enough well.



Inside the package there are these items:









n. 1 WALKERA 60# with brushless motor and ESC

n. 1 battery lipo

n. 1 standard battery

n. 1 standard ESC

n. 1 standard engine

n. 1 transmitter

n. 1 rudder servo wrong


WALKERA HAS SENT TO ME THE HELICOPTER AFTER THAT IS BEEN CHECKED.



I HAVE CHECKED THE HELICOPTER AND I HAVE SEEN THAT THE WALKERA HAS CHANGED ONLY THE SERVO OF THE RUDDER AND NOT CHECKED THE OTHERS PROBLEMS SO I HAVE RE-SENT THE MODEL FOR ANOTHER TIME NEAR WALKERA FACTORY EXPLAINING THAT THE HELICOPTER HAD ALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEMS.



AT THIS PINT FOR TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM I HAVE OFFER TO WALKERA 500 RMB THAT ARE AROUND AT 70USD FOR TO CHANGE THE HELICOPTER WITH A NEW ONE BUT THE RESPONSE IS BEEN THAT THE PROBLEM WAS FOR MY INEXPERIENCE.







IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO UNDESTAND ALL THIS AND I AM VERY PITY ABOUT THAT THERE ARE PERSON SO NO SERIOUS.











AFTER THIS I HAVE COMMUNICATE TO WALKERA THAT I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE SAME MODEL.
