Scoubidou, The Super 80 on a tuned pipe would be plenty of power for a 35% of this size....if you keep the weight down. I fly with a guy who has one...and I know on a pipe they make just about the same power as a good 100 on regular muffs. I think you'd likely end up around 26lbs with the 80 in a Carden unless you swiss-cheesed the sides and foam parts to really knock out some weight....25 may then be possible. It won't have ballistic punch-out, but it should be more than enough. But the biggest hurdle will be installing a long tuned pipe in the fuse. There's plenty of room under the wing tube, but once you move behind the motor box, you have the fuse truss structure to deal with. At the point where the truss structure meets the back of the motor box, there's only 2.5" of clearance....the bottom foam deck then tapers to meet the truss structure at the tail wheel. The motor box is 20" long from the firewall to the back plate. There's about 7-8" of room under the wing tube...just remember the truss structure splits this space in half just a couple inches behind the tube. If you're willing to notch the bottom foam out to clear the pipe (basically running the pipe exposed), then you might be able to make it work.
