Is there a table somewhere showing the diferent A123 cells available, capacity, physical size, price, etc? Thx

I thought they were all the same as in they only offered 1 cell.

Hi rajul,

Here is a source of loose A123 cells at $15.50/cell -- could be a little less than getting them from A123 at $16.50/cell (I didn't factor in shipping): http://www.modelelectronicscorp.com/price-list.html#loosecells

There are several A123 cell SPT users over on RC Groups Batteries and Chargers Forum.
All seem very pleased with their performance.

If you are not flying more than 4 cells then the CellPro is a real value for the money and it is compatible with A123 cells.

I made up a couple of packs using the Power Tube (MEC) set up and they have been working quite well. Can't see any difference between that and the welded/soldered tabs. Of course I'm only running them at about 8C max.
