I ordered my first tanks last week from Mato and wondering if the 14 days that they say for delivery is normal? I not sure if the mail is slow or if I am just to much in a hurry to get my tanks. Been picking up a lot of good info from you experienced guys, thanks!

before 2001 it was 7 to 9 days to get in the u.s.a.
now it is between9 to 13 days(depends on the customs).
if you want it fast ,
use a big shipping service like ups or fedex they past customs in maters of hours.

Thanks Schutzstaffel! I guess I'm just impatient. My wife says I am like a little kid waiting for Santa to bring his toy. lol.

Larry:

Remember, its the Christmas season, whatever your beliefs may be. Parcels are more numerous now, and that means mail ~will~ be slower no matter where you are. Just relax. If its not there inside of a month, then get worried. Mato's always been good about parcels, and I've not heard of anyone being ripped for one that went AWOL yet.
