Status: offline 		I'm building the Ziroli Corsair and am going to use the Zenoah GT 447.
Does anyone have experience with this engine ? Any information is welcome. (power, relaibility, any tricks or threats)

Status: offline 		A zenoah Gt74 (Z445) or Gt80 will fit entirely in the cowling if you buy the shortened spark plugs from CH ignition.

The stock engine will not fit entirely in the cowl without putting holes in the side of the cowl for the plugs.

I'm currently building a Ziroli corsair myself.

Status: offline 		Grreat engine, very smooth...Don't try to use a prop that will turn less than 7000 rpm..The power is at the high end of the rpm band, 8000+ rpm......We run these in race planes and turn 11,000 rpm at 175 mph...Methanol and 25% nitro fuel, and glow plugs...The stock WJ64 carb is a little tricky to get the idle and transition right...They push fuel out the carb, so fuel proof your firewall.....
