do you want high torque or high speed?

Status: offline 		money isnt a huge concern, just want whatever would be a good steering servo for a xxx nt. i was looking at the hs945mg, but my lhs suggested i stick with jr servos. he was sayin anything over 100 torque and less than .2 travel time was needed. just wanted some of yalls opinions
