ORIGINAL: tsyssa Make sure you follow your Frankie!!! With 4 in the sky all at once...things can happen!!! It is a bit wierd to fly with another plane that looks like yours...let alone 4!!! I wish I could see this though...would be very cool! Mine will be a bit different from the others, and should help somewhat in that regard. On a few of my first 6 flights, I had the unexpected difficulty of actually SEEING any part of Frankie that wasn't the yellow nose (the green wings and the remainder of the fuselage DISAPPEARED more than once on me during the far ends of the outside circuit against a deep blue Colorado sky)! VERY disconcerting! More than once had to ask my spotter what the wing orientation was as I held the sticks motionless and fought down panic! Some combination of aging eyesight, polorized sunglasses, lighting, and dark blue sky, I think. I've since added 2" wide yellow stripes to the top and bottom of the wing tips, and to both sides of the top of the rudder. It actually looks pretty neat, and since Frankie is, at best, a semi-scale, sport warbird, I care not for any departure from true scale, or squadron markings, this might represent. However, something tells me it won't be the MOST different of the Frankie's present (the owner of which being known to this thread)! Rip
