Modified SV. The most important upgrade was the bottle of tequila. helps with tuning when it's not going your way.

Landslide Shocks is a BEAST. bigger than I expect.

chevy,

Upon 1st Impression, the shock is awesome looking and well built (Compared to the stock). I did some waist drop to the floor and as soon as it dropped, it never bounce around or up. Nice solid landing. It's been raining here for the past 2 days, so I didnt really have a chance to bash it. I did do some casual run in the back yard and it was handling great. Im taking wed, thurs off. gonna hit one of my fav spot and give it a good thrashing to see how it handles.

I noticed you have the body cut out around the engine. I have been thinking about doing that with my landslide so that I can start it with the body on. The only thing I am worried about is how that will effect the bouncing of the body. I have a camera that I put on the roof of it and the body shakes a good bit already because I broke a body post. Does the body shake anymore with it cut?

Go with landslide shocks. They're freakin beefy as hell and a lit sturdier. I got 8 stock shocks if ya want them R/C. One set is all aluminum. I'm gonna buy more Landslide shocks and keep em on hand.

I guess im safe to say my Volcano is made up of a plethora of parts from different companies. The suspension, gearbox, and wheels are from HPI. The shocks are from duratrax. The driveaxles and exhaust are from Team Losi. The engine is from Ofna. And the gas tank is from Kyosho.

The chassis itself is still Redcat though
