Status: online 		Can anyone please help me. I have Picasa for my photo program. About the time I went from Picasa 1 to Picasa 2 , I lost a lot of my photos. I had some backed up but not the ones i am trying to find. The photos I lost was mostly scanned from my Epson 2580 Perfection scanner. What files does it use. I found a lot of photos by typing in .jpg into search. Can anyone help on this issue? Thanks Capt,n

Status: online 		Try typing an asterisk before the extension as in - "*.jpg" when you search.

You can also try searching for "*.tif" or "*.eps" or "*.pct"

Status: offline 		You would have to remember what software you used with your scanner. I'm assuming that you no longer use that scanner or software. Anyway go to the software makers site and you should be able to find out what its default format was.
