Just opened mine and my gosh it it nice.I did not have a instruction manual in the box and Aerotecs site has no download.Anyone get instructions with there Pitts? I tried to call Aerotec but no one answered and there phone system would not take a message.I fired off a E mail to them and posted this.Hope to get a answer soon as I want to get started.

Just got a Email from them and they said instructions should of been on there website by now.They are going to check what the problem is.

Yikes, that box is in bad shape. I did notice that Aerotech used plywood between the outer box and the inner box in places in order to prevent damage. It looks like yours was sat on by the back office truck loading gorilla.

The plywood survived! Only damage was to the cowling,, and was not so bad,,,,This is the second airplane that UPS has damaged for me, I would rather do it myself!
The packaging was superb to withstand that kind of abuse and NOT damage the airplane severly. Kudos to John !

Wow....sounds like customer service is a bit thin with these Aerotech people. The web site is still out dated. The RC Universe link still goes nowhere. The manual download link takes you to spec sheet with NO manual to be found. The Moderator has been around since the 4th. I think I'll wait and send my business to Qui Que. http://www.somenzini.com/
