sorry im new...

basically i was wondering if it was possible or if any one has, to take an rc plane and get a radio with amazing range, and then attach a camera in the plane or on it and have instant play back on a screen that the pilot can see and then fly the plane to another airfield or place using the screen as your only input of what the plane is doing.

I know problems might include fuel or battery
range on the radio
not being able to control the plane with just the screen

P.S I'm just a 14yr old with big ideas sorry if i'm wasting your time

A lot of us are members of the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) and we gave our word not to fly out of "visual range" or fly over people when we joined. People are doing it - there is at least one thread on just this practice. I think it's in the "clubhouse" section.

I'd rather see what my plane is doing than view what my plane is seeing.
