Well...the good news is that its all fixed now. The bad news is that the fix was so basic and I did almost everything "hard" before I checked the easy stuff. I re-routed all air lines. No good, New links, no good, new lines, no good. Then I did the most simple thing...I turned the valve inside the robart retract air valve 1/4 turn. I guess the slots in the cylinder inside the thing were not lined up. Now the gear work perfect. no sticking, no leaks. I never knew there was a right and wrong position on the retract valve. Guess I learned from that. thanks for the help. Jeff
