Status: offline 		Just got into gas. My first engine. I have both H & L 1 1/2 turns out. There is fuel going in. I get a few burps here and there. WHen I pull the spark plug, it is wet. I do smell fuel. I need some help please. When I have the choke on, I get response for about a second or so. I then turn the choke off, but won't get the engine to engage.
