hey guys i jsut got a hpi nitro rs4 used from some guy... when i was there he started it easily
and when i first played with it it started on like 2-3 pulls.. then it just died after i ran it for like 5 minutes... and i cant start it again...

wat can it be?

First and most obvious would be glow-plug. How's your ignitor? Does it have enough power? Take your plug out and see if it glows red, not just gets hot. If it doesn't, it's either your battery of your plug. If you have another plug you know to be good, check it with that battery. Just process of elimination. This is usually why they abruptly quit.
Don't change a whole lot of anything until you know this. If you have changed anything put it back to where it was. Try this, and get back to us.

five minutes, what were the conditions? Was it on the bench, in the buggy, or in the dirt? Is it possible that some dirt or other foreign matter got in the carb

well it was a flooded engine.. thank for all ur help.... the thing with it is now is it goes on then shuts off so i have to pull again... should i just adjust the air and gas ratio? would this be cuz its lean... also which way do i turn the knob....

With those engines. Send a picture! Generally when you turn the needle(knob?) in or clockwise, it causes a leaner mixture (More air/less fuel) Let us know.

OK GUYS I FOUND THE KNOB

now when i gun the engine at wot it stops? is this too much gas?
