Lookyj, I'm a day or so late, always fall behind on the forum. Nice pic of your pro, like all the metal parts. Something I'll do down the road. The Pro is one I'll have a long time, cuz it's easy to repair and can fly in the house or garage on bad weather days. Arrownaughthtic: Gun oil is fine, to lube the bearings on the main or tail motors, or any other parts you need to lube. Hey, the "Rifleman" uses it. I'm watching him now, in fact. Just a drop will do it, wipe off excess with a Q-Tip. DX6 or DX7, if in the budget get the DX7, more features, has 5 throttle curve positions, DX6 only 3. The DX6 was what you may call a prototype to see if the market would do, obviously it went gang busters, tiny antennas, no worry about channel conflicts, there are none. No interference. I like to think long term, I have the DX6 only because the DX7 wasn't available at the time I got my Trex. They have a DX4 for RC Racing Cars too. Spectrum has hit the market and will succed at it. More will follow with the technology. Crash: Sounds like your getting back into some good hovering. Sometimes you need to go back and forth on the proportiona and gyro gains to make it the way you want. Everyone flys a tad different. Pitch adjustment, dude, you hit the nail on the head, need more head speed. Makes a difference doesn't it. Keep playing with the adjustments, I do it all the time. Less pitch more head speed and less labor on the main motor. I've got mine adjust for pitch so that I need about 65 to 70 percent to hover 3 feet. How ya doing after all that surgery stuff? Later guys, I'll post pictures of my motor break in, in a few minutes, gotta have a beer, Dave / Choppersrule
