I would agree that some planes are much nicer than others though I'd rather learn to fly with a cheap one. For example, I'm not impressed by "foamies" but as far as learning and just taking it easy, it is probably one of the cheaper ways to go.

Nice. That was me last month. I had a rear tire come off the rim so much, that the molded foam was destroyed. I think only 30% was left attached.

Thanks. There is supposed to be a car show in Henderson tomorrow (rain?) and the Boulder City track is supposed to be open if anyone is interested.

Wednesday March 5th Set-up day/Technical inspection/Check in.
Gates open at 6am. No one allowed inside the gates untill then.
1 round of practice starting at 3pm.

Thursday March 6th
3 Full Rounds of Practice

Friday Match 7th
4 Rounds of Truggy Quals, 3 out of 4 count.

Saturday March 8th
4 rounds of Buggy Quals, 3 out of 4 count.

Sunday March 9th
All mains.

Anybody know what has happened to cutting edge. We went their this last Saturday to race and they were closed. We went by today to practice and they were closed again. Their is nothing on their web site or on their phone message. Have they closed their doors or maybe on vacation, anybody know ? Thanks

I went to the night races last night--the photos are grainy (handheld, no flash, high ISO). If anyone is interested, there should be a fun day soon at BC. I have no idea about CE.

i wouldnt be suprised if they are closed. I went yesterday to get a fasst receiver. 4pm, closed and locked doors.
