ORIGINAL: paladin So, your a shooter, and Carl is one also. That is why Jason and I did not fly we had a sporterifle match at 3:00pm. maybe we can get together and lob a few down rang? I'm a member at TCSA and I'm allowed guests if either of you are interested. It would be great to see Carl again. I also loved your tie down steak, was it a K-Bar? Its tobad more club members don't try to learn to fly in the wind, we used to fly all year long. but the club at CB has chased most of the all weather fliers away. oh, well. Joe 9-1/2" bladed stainless steel Swiss bayonet. I get the pin more often with that. Tioga County? I used to shoot PPC up on Charmichael Rd (I think that's the name) back in the late 70's. Hey, days like Saturday are why God made ARF's. Paul Cushing, Bill Oltmer and I used to fly every month / year round with the AGS . . . though at "fields of opportunity" when the snow fell. You can't beat CB with a stick for all season flying; at least in mid NY. I'm going to drop an engine back in my butt-ugly but brick solid Contender 60 and be ready for that bad 'ol wind. I haven't actually met Carl. He's up in the Syracuse area and saw my location "Port Crane" on the other website and wondered if I knew where the CB airstrip was. For 25 years I lived a mile from it . . . now I'm way on the other side of the mighty Chenango.
