I flew mine this weekend with the Zenoah G20ei. The plane weighed in on a fish scale at 10 lbs, but I think this was a little heavy. The power system was perfect for this plane. Seemed to be just a bit overpowered to be scale, so it flew around at about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. Like most everyone else on here, I needed a lot of down elevator trim to fly level. I'm sure that I have the same incidence problem that everyone has. However, after the first flight, I noticed that the hub of one of my wheels had cracked. I fixed it at the field the best I could and put it back up again. On the second landing, the plane ground looped about midway through the landing roll-out. The strut support mounting blocks broke through on the top wing and the cabane mounts broke on the middle and top wing. I've cut the top wing open to begin the repair, and it is no wonder this thing broke. The mounting points for the metal struts on the top wing are very small (maybe 1" x 1" pieces of lite ply that is glued to a rib and a cross piece only. These blocks were only supported on two sides, so when the plane tumbled, the glue just popped loose. For those of you still building, you may want to address this issue. I would hate for these to come loose in flight. The good thing is, it is an easy fix, and the plane flew very well. I am planning on extending the wheels out about another inch on each side to try to help with the ground handling. I know this will change the scale appearance, but may help to keep in in one piece.
