You might be a 1/2A flyer if...

- you save the balsa scraps from a .40 size kit thinking "I can make a whole plane from that."
- you think that saying Cox and 6" in the same sentence is a good thing.
- you have scars on your knuckles and you're proud of it.
- you're favourite sound is "braap, braaaaaap, neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"
- a gallon of fuel lasts you all summer even though you fly more than most of the other guys at the field.
- throttle, we don't need no stinkin' throttle.
- you have the reflexes of a cat, the eyes of a hawk and the heart of a 12 year old.
- you're clothes smell like castor oil, and you love it!
- you consider 20% low nitro.
- you tell other modellers your planes can be built in 2 evenings, even though you've never done it yourself.
- you haven't taken the wings off of your planes since they were built.
- a roll of Monokote lasts you 2 years.
- you build a couple planes a month and still can't use a bottle of CA before it goes bad.
- you truly believe that smaller is better.
- you purchase camera film based on the type of canister it comes in, not the type of film.
- you're field box has "Nike" printed on the side of it.
- you consider anything over a .25 "giant scale".
- you'll buy a 30 year old kit or engine off of eBay, "NIB", with intention of actually flying it.
- you find it difficult to talk to the giant scale guys because you confuse wingspan with prop diamater.
- you land deadstick every flight, and think that it is normal.
- your transmittter weighs more than your plane.
- your receiver antenna's have prop nicks in them.
- you can hand launch without using the run, run, run, stop, hop, throw the plane into the ground technique.
- you can fly rudder with either hand.

That's the best R/C humor I've seen here. Excellent job!

Hey, that wasn't funny! It was true! I gotta print that out and take it to the field. Everybody will point to Flyswatter when they get to the launch technique. That is sooooo him!

Yeah, the other classic hand launch mistake is the javelin throw, stall, crash.

Why the heck did I type you're? It should be your. Also, antenna's should be antennas. I must have been tired when I wrote it.
