Status: offline 		Hi, I`d like to hear your thoughts on Wildcat fuel, preferably the 15%nitro 18% synth heli fuel, and the 30% nitro 23% synth helifuel. Is it considered a good fuel? or can it be hazardious like the "cruelpower fuel" I have a chance to stock up on Wildcat at a reasonable price now (By Norwegian standards that is) Eks. one gallon 30% will cost me 44$ he he how much is it over there??

Status: offline 		Wildcat is the best. You can get away with no after run oil. I do use after run oil. All of my engines that were only run on wildcat look like brand new on the inside. I run their 10% premium extra in all my 2 stroke airplane engines from OS 40 FP to OS 160 FX. I run 15% 2/4 stoke in my 4 stokes from Saito 65 to OS 300 Gemini. Lastly I run the Curtis Blend 30% in my Raptor 50.

This is the only fuel I buy!! Prices are $12.99, $13.99 and $19.99 respectively per gallon.

Status: offline 		The wildcat 30/23 contains only synth oil. With this high nitro level, I guess that the combustion temp. will be quite high. Maybe it should have contained some castor oil in case of accidentally extreme temps?? I am not sure but, with 30% nitro, the combustion and engine temp can get quite high and perhaps some castor oil as a saver would be recommended.... Just a thought....

Anyone with 30% nitro experience who can comment this??

The engine runs so cool on the 30% nitro that you can touch the muffler right after shut down and not get burned. The engine is just warm, not hot. The main needle is 3 to 3.5 turns open so you get a ton of fuel and oil though the engine to cool it. The low-end should be rich enough that when you hit throttle hold from a hover the engine goes to idle right away. If hesitates then the low end is too lean!

Status: offline 		WC has some awsome fuels. It has very pure ingredients of highest quality. It's on it's way to being perhaps the largest provider of fuels. The business model is modest profit on the high tech fuels. It seems to be huge success and is used by champions in all aspects of modelling. My 2 cents.....

Status: offline 		I've used Sig, Powermaster, Cool power, and Wildcat. Wildcat is always #1 on my list. I've got more use out of my motors than fuels I've used in the past. I've got 15+ gallons of 15% extra through my Thunder Tiger 46 and it runs like new still.

Status: offline 		Before I discovered Wildcat fuel, I tried all kinds of other brands and I had endless frustration and engine problems. With other brands of fuels, I was always sending my engines in for repair. After I switched to Wildcat 18% premium, all those problems went away and the "FUN" factor went way up. I use the same fuel in my 2 and 4 stoke engines and I fly alot. Thank you Wildcat Fuels for making flying so much more enjoyable.

Status: offline 		Huh? I've never had any reliability or engine problems with any brand fuel. This includes Sig, Powermaster, S&W, Wildcat, and CoolPower. In fact, other than the label on the bottle or can, I can't tell any difference.
