post count is very deceiving. many ppl have alot of posts with zero knowledge in them.

I agree with sleepy23, there are a lot of people with well over 1 or 2 thousand post's that dont even know how to get a flywheel off of there engine's. The more post's you have doesnt mean you have more knowledge, it just means you post more.

and I dont see the point of this thread as you can see the number of post's a person has donw right under there avatar.

I know that but about a month back there was a person here I forget who and even if I do remember there name I wont say, had something like 1700 post's and asked how to take a flywheel off. I'm just saying the number of post you have does not mean you have more knowledge then anyone else. Someone with 3 post's here could have more knowledge then me or anyone else here. But I'm sure you get my drift here.

yeah you failure!! not knowing how to take a flywheel off. i sugguest you leave the forum now.

seriously, if you go by how many posts the person has, it is not a good way of judging it. for example you could have a lot of posts from asking question

You don't get a reward for the amount of posts you have, and post this in the off topic thread because this is no where near on topic.

You don't get a reward? Well it was nice posting here but I guess there is no point anymore. This post will only be accurate for like one second in time because people are always increasing their post count.

I dont think everyone is here just to boost there post count. I for one could care less about the number of post's I have. I could care less if a MOD put the number of post's I have back to 50 or 100. And I didnt post in here to get another 2 or 3 post's like you say some do. Or I would make a lot of pointless post that are 2 or 3 sentences long.

rossy_jsy.

I didnt mean it like that and nobody should ever be thrown off of a forum for there lack of knowledge. I didnt mean it that way at all and that was an example. Re read what I wrote, I used it as an example. But the example was that, that person had a ton of post's and was asking how to take off a flywheel and the example was that just because you have x amount of post's doesnt mean you have more knowledge then somebody with one tenth the amount of post's that you have.

There's always somebody that has more knowledge then me and you and everybody learns somethingnew everyday, But in now way did I mean it like that and I never bashed that person, as I can go over to the electric forum and not really have a clue even though I have a xxx-t. I know the basics but other then that I'm sure I could learn a lot over there. I think you took that out of text a little though as I didnt mean it that way.
