Status: offline 		Hello Chip, I saw a vid of your Dr Hobbies electric powered extra 330 on youtube.com Let me just say, that is one awsome flying aircraft!

I'm thinking of building up a giant electric powered plane with on of DR Hobbies Extra's, cant decide between the 40% or 1/3 models... I found some info on the Hacker quad motors setup used for yours and... holy crap they're expensive with a 3 grand price tag! So I'm wondering if you know anything about this motor? http://1301774.estore.networksolutionsdesign.com/Detail.bok?no=148 Maybe it could be a good alternative, would it be powerful enough for the 40% or would I have to scale back to 1/3? Also, what radio setup and batteries were you running, and how long does it take for the batteries to charge?

Hacker is coming out with some big motors for the 27,35 and 40% planes.
They will do away with the quad, just keep ckecking the Hacker web site
for detail's
if you have any questions on the DR extra's just let me know
