fokke,

Please don't go with a HK setup on your beautiful 109.... I think it deserves better! I've had great luck with the eflight systems, and AXI(although more expensive)

I've not had very good luck with the HK stuff I've bought(it all was scrapped....1 100amp ESC, and two 5 cell battery's....rubbish)

Casey

Fokke I have no pictures of the 109 and it is sold now.
The ESM (KMP Ki84) is around here somewhere, but all photos are here: http://s575.photobucket.com/albums/ss199/viktor2/ESM%20Ki-84/
And the Fliteskin - the quality is really nice and the packaging is top notch. I was lucky to buy some land so I will want to start house construction. And first finish the BT109E
So hopefully next winter.

Fokke, I have that power 160 in my ESM "Emil" and it's a beast! The plane weights 18.5 lbs, I'm using the castle creations 120hv v2, on a 20/10 Xoar prop. The same motor is in my Fliteskin "F" as well.

Casey

A good motor for the money I think.

That controller would not work Fokke. You need to look at 2 main numbers: Amperage, of course, but also how many lipo cells will it handle. You need one for 12 cells (high voltage). The one in the link is for 6.

Hallo Rumen,

Yes this motor would do the job.
For ESC I would recommend this one: http://www.espritmodel.com/castle-creations-phoenix-ice-120hv-brushless-esc.aspx which is the same one as Casey has in his Emil and I use in Ki-84 as well as Emil (and same combo I want to use in the F)

Casey what prop do you use?

Hello Fokke,
a few years ago I started following your build, amazing job!
I've owned since a KMP Me 109 wich was a dissapointment all the way but I still love the looks of the Messerschmidt.
I have a MVVS 45cc IRS MG, do you think it will fit in the cowl?
Do you have a price for your beautiful full kit? (I live in Belgium)

Greetings

Thanx for the reply Fokke,

I think I know what my next project will be as soon as my Airworld Wilga is in the air...
(Hardest part left is convincing the wife that one needs to own this beautifull kit)

Wow that is a truly fantastic kit. I would truly like to add this aircraft to my hangar one day soon. What does this kit run? I looked at the website and couldn't see any prices. I am sorry but I am pretty new to this thread I have poped in and out but don't know any facts. Are you also selling this kit yet or it's still In the process of getting put together??

Thank you for your time

Yes I totally agree. IAM interested on what this kit is going to cost? Because this is one kit that has got to be in my hangar. This airplane is a complete and utter work of art!
