You need some landing gear like these. They are very close to how the full scale retracts work.

You sir have taken canopys,Messersmidt in particular to a new level it seems. Might I ask what the silver is on the canopy frame also the same question for the rivits. Thanks a have fun.

I use the silver paint for my epoxi resine for canopy ,the rivets are from same mold too[:D]I hope to understant me [:D]
Now I'm startig to make mould for fuse of Me 109 E 4 ,I'll make it from 5 parts ,3 for body and 2 for nosе.

P.S.- i have an engine for my Dora too - a ST 4500 - power without end - About 5 HP.. but it is glow..

WOW!!!!!!

Now thats takes talent. That is one nice plug. And your moving pretty fast. I started a 109F/G 80" span plug 3 years ago and have not kept up with it.

Fuse construction almost the same concept.

Have to finish it though.

this's plane Bf-109 E4 1:10 scale, wingspan - 1 m.(39.5 inch) 750gr.

Evil Merlin, when I'll finish the model you won't be problem to buy one :)

ScaleCraft - you've made a incredible plane. Do you have moult of it? Can you post any pics?

I notice a large FW 190 D9 in the background of one of the images from the posts on the other site. Do you have any details?

I'm starting work on a very large 102" (1/4 scale) FW 190 D9 this week.

Fokke, your skills in modeling impress me more and more ever time you post another image.

That Dora9 is a fantastic looking airplane.

I only hope my 1/4 scale plane comes out near as good when it is done.

I only have molds of the flying carbon scale blades,(if I get enough power) headers and spinner so far. You got me wanting to finish this model.

I do have a 48" span all composite 109F we made. It keeps me flying 109s
