Fokke
Thank you very much for your reply I am kind of surprised that the price is so reasonable. This makes it a lot more affordable for us guys over here because I'm sure shipping to America will cost a pretty penny. Again thank you for your reply and when the time is right I will be getting one of these.

Oh that is wonderful news, I thought I would be way down the list. Now don't rush yourself Rumen, or your wife. Don't burn yourselves out as you have many, many kits to produce. Im sure I can wait a couple of weeks.
Now I wonder where I can get some nice wheels from??? Casey, any ideas???
deatonbt, yes I will commit to a build thread but dont hold your breath. I have another Spitfire to build yet and the first one took over two years!

Cheers guys, happy days,

Brad

Oh man this thing looks awesome and looks to go together quite quickly. Good work friend from Bulgaria.
Fokke, what engine did you go with for yours? The 30cc one running on methanol? The head is well concealed compared to the ZDZ in your mates one.
Also I see on your the very large prop holes in the spinner is this for extra cooling of the engine?

Cheers,

Brad

Hi Brad

""""""Fokke, what engine did you go with for yours? The 30cc one running on methanol? """"""

I have a new gas engine Fuji 46cc , the best solution is electric motor..........

"""""""Also I see on your the very large prop holes in the spinner is this for extra cooling of the engine? """""""

I can't understand your question, if you talk about my model ,there before spiner have metal (aluminium) disk which is based on siner, no any holes there . The holes for prop are too big ,but this is my mistake,it is not problem I can make another spiner

I have to let you guys know that I am now the proud owner of one of Rumens kits.
I have loved this thread from the start and hope it goes on and on with many builds with other happy owners.
Thank you Mr+Mrs fokke, I hope you prosper well and keep enjoying.
I have no idea of what gear or propulsion I shall use but that can all wait.

Cheers,

Brad (new '109' Dad)

WOW, so good words
Thank you for the reliance. For the propulsion I think that electric motor will be the best solution in my opinion, everything is clean and discreet. Will soon put on my website link to the site of a friend of mine that offers audio effects engine : http://tpvelectronics.ucoz.ru/

Thanks for your new link. I have read most of this thread today and I am astounded by your work as well as the knowledge of many posters on this thread. I didn't realize how much of a novice I am until I read this thread.

I have much to learn but I look forward to learning.

OK THAT'S IT! I am moving to Bulgaria!!!! Your friends SU is perfect. I hope he still has it and flys it often and the country side looks peaceful.
I have actually been to Sofia Rumen in 1989. It was a stop over from Bangkok to Athens. I was with two friends and it was snowing. I loved it but it did look just like in the movies with the police and the underground.
I am very happy to see you building my '109'. I still can not believe it is happening so quick. You are a machine I am sure. I will be taking my laptop on holiday so I can keep up with all the guys here and show friends down south any progress.

Cheers mate/guys

Brad
