Exactly,I use acrylic filler and then I cover with aluminium foil

Then I make the rivets and after that I"ll make glassfiber mold of fuselage

3.Had some problems with using acrilic dope! The masking tape over the acrilic, peel-off the dope, hope you have a better quality acrilic

It's verry good on filling the balsa, very soft in sanding and light, but haven't a good contact strengh .... the type used by me

Actually this mold is Juka"s Spiti , he build scale airplanes and he has a postes in this forum ,He is very good scalebuilder

I show the mold because I make the same mold from 3 parts
