bkfamily1 ......
Clean everything beforehand.
Spray liberally with WD40.
Use a small punch to tap the small bearing out first.
Then insert the punch where the small bearing USED to be and Tap Tap Tap gently to remove the Large bearing.

Try to tap on the OUTER race. Never put pressure on the INNER race of a Ball bearing if you can avoid it.

Actually, the BEST way is with a Bearing Removal Tool, but who has one of those for an RC car,,lol...

Remount your shocks into the alternate position to Lower your center of Gravity and lessen the Tendency to CATCH an EDGE and Flip.
What I mean is to Make the shocks lay down a bit more like this / \
instead of having them mounted UPRIGHT like this ] [

And get some new Shocks, because you will Blow the Stock Plastic ones out in about 15 minutes (they really suck).
Try what rclynx said and get the aluminum shocks at least. And his Spring swap trick sounds like a good idea too.(Wish I thoght of that ) Those will bolt right up without modding anything.
Dont worry about engine or exhaust mods yet. Drivin on a track (and STAYIN on the track ) is a lot trickier than Bashin through a field. You'll find it hard enough at first that you wont WANT the extra power....Lol!
