Could be in the next week or so is what Darin said by the end of October. In the mean time you can use the HPI Nitro star .15 or 3.0 pull start in place of the redcat one.

Ehroof- I'll send off the bell and video on Monday. That will give me a chance to burn a copy for you.

The more I think about it I'll only need to find one gear. Hpi has everything up to 20t fisrt gear i think. If the cen one is on a 12mm shaft and the teeth are right They have a 25t gear. When my r40 shows up I'll be able to see what i would have to do to make that bell work too. My guess would be I just need to take the flywheel and all. If a hpi engine will fit our stuff the hpi stuff should fit our engine. maybe??

Does anyone else own a Dbox (drift assist system)? I just got one for my on-road car, but it says it will work on anything. Anyone tried it yet? Is it fun?

I haven't even took it out of the package yet. I'm waiting for my r40 to show up. My smartech could use it but it's still pretty easy to control.

We finally got a hobby shop within a couple hours of driving but the prices are so ridiculous I think I'll stick to ebay. They wanted $200 for a trx 3.3. Yeah right, you can get them on ebay for $130. The only thing it's good for is glow plugs and fuel and that's just so I don't have to wait.

I need to put it in something first. lol I will as soon as i do. I was only able to find about 45 minutes of video for you. I lost a couple discs or one of my friends has them. I did find the one with the car jumps though. I don't know how to edit it so you got the problems on there too. The bb was running like crap. Not sure what was wrong, it was a new engine. That's when i decided to switch to the o.s.. After that I never had another problem with it.

The gear I'm curious about is the Cen 25t gear # GS218. It looks like it would work but it's hard to tell on a computer screen. If clermont hobby gets online and I'm not around would you ask him if it will work on the hpi bell?

I found gears for a mugen mtx-3 that look like they will work too. The tooth size is right but I'm not sure about the thread for the bell. The mugen bell looks like the one for the r40 except the thread is the same on both gears. (It looks like anyway) If that one will work they have 23t/28t gears. That should give me a few more mph.

Hi, I have some questions. this past weekend me and my brother-in-law bought two tornado bbs (our first hobby grade cars) and they started out doing great. then the first thing that happend was when we were racing I ran into the back of him and broke the front dogbone then later I bent the other one so i only had rear wheel drive then yesterday i was driving and i twisted both rear ones about 20 degrees around. so i was wondering if that was normal i don't drive really rough. also the center dogbones kind of dug into the universal joint. Also both the pull starts seem to slip. is all this normal or is it something were doing wrong.
