Hey all,

I know somewhere within this thread I can find the answer to the two speed shifting problems and solutions. My Tornado seems to be stuck in second gear and I would like to know which way I should turn the screw on the transmission. Or any other ideas would be fine also.

Thanks ahead of time,
Tom

clockwise makes it shift at higher rpms so it stays in 1st gear longer, if its stuck in 2nd you want to turn it clockwise.

Thank you very much for a quick response, I have had this car for over a year now but I broke the clutch spring within the first few runs and then put it aside to play with some rc helis. Anyways, thank you again. Fantastic vehicles at a great price are always much appreciated...plus great tech support that cannot be beat.

Best regards,
Tom

Hey Ehoof, Hows the weather down there? Good enough to break in the monsoon? I have been driving my buggy on my drive way, in and out of hard snow, and ended up bending a dog bone when it switched from snow to road. I want to know because i will be going back to china this christmas. And I want to buy one, so I want to know which one is your preference. Monsoon or Avalanche. BTW I would be buying from an exporter. He sells the same selection as redcat.

Crystals? Frequency crystals? If that is what you want you can get them here:

Another quick question; I needed to replace one of my rims in the rear due to a high speed impact with a gate, I have purchased new Redcat rims and tires for my Tornado. Is there supposed to be foam inserts in the rear tires?

I will answer myself on this last question, no the rear tires have no foam inserts in the originals so the new rims and tires will not need them also.

I'm looking for a good aftermarket air filter that will fit the bb pro? Will they all generally be the same?

THere is no normal or stock one. There are 6 freqs. to choose from. Just make sure you order a different Freq. so you guys can run together.
