the piccos are great engines. Lots of HP and RPM's. Ive never heard anyone complain about them.
I dont think you'll notice any real difference in life span using 25%. You will have to retune a little and you might need to use a cooler plug but other then that you should be fine. I was running 30% for a while but I changed back to 20 at the recommendation of the LHS. He said for bashing the 30% was overkill. Kind of made sense..

Well man the reason I asked it because I bought some sidewinder 25% but I meant to get the 20% and didnt notice till a already used a tank full. It runs great off of the 25 but when you said I might have to run a cooler plug does this make sence My tz has a super hot turbo plug in it and even with the 25% nitro it runs good but it doesnt seem to have the power that everyone said it should have. Its only a wee bit faster then my cvrx

looks good, i cant wait to see some video

i actually wanna get one of the micros. there were come at my lhs for like 70 i think, but i picked up a tornado for that much. it would be nice though to just have one to run inside, or outside when i dont wanna bust out the nitro. but i hate having to deal with batteries.

That's what I have in my Savage. Those engines rock and roll brother. Have you ran it? OH OH, but one thing to watch for is the mid range needle can start leaking and it will make the tune all eradic, keep your eye out for that, if it happens your gonna need new O-rings for the Mid range needle.

Oh, if you don't have the RR you might not have a mid range needle then. The mid range needle is opposite the LSN on the other side of the carb, there should be a large looking screw head. That's the Mid-Range needle. It will leak around the screw head.

Hey Uhoo-01, LOL, I have the 32R not the 28r I don't know what I was thinking, that may be why you don't have the mid range, either way, lol, watch for leaks, it's the only draw back I've seen to the engine the carb O-rings leak.

retrosoul, the base model Axial 28 engines with the grey head go for about $120 and up full retail price on that engine is $265.00. The same engine with a green heads gonna run around $145(supply and demand) and up Full retail price is $265.00. Supply and demand, people like the green head better so it's more expensive, that's life, lol.
