it worked pretty good on my traxxas engine. when i opened it up for rebuild(didn't work out so well, lol, the piston was bascially stuck to the engine body so i could never finish the rebiuld and the engine was just died)the engine still looked pretty good, shiny and clean. but as for the break in, like i said before i dont think they were kidding. i tried a couple times myself, but it was bad, so the hobby shop did it using a 4 tank break in. it was fast while it lasted, but one day it just started cutting out even if it was rich, and it lost a ton of power, tried a retune but that didn't work. so if i ever get a traxxas again, i know to do it how they say.lol.
