Nightshift -> A123 question for new user? (2/4/2007 2:34:35 AM)

First Hi to all!

I got some A123 2S1P (6.6v @2300mh) that i run in my 1/10 RC truck (AE T4) and i love those battery. They seem to always ask for more!
After reading some thread over here it look like i'll be capable to run those as a RX battery in my nitro off- road monster truck without domaging my servo. It's that true?

I also order some 3S1P to put in my T4, I'm running a LRP Sphere with a 1 Star BRUSHLESS motor. The ESC sais 7.2-8.4 V input.I wonder if i can put them any way without domaging my ESC or my Motor. My truck run wonderful with the 2S1P but i'll like to try with more go power. Any comment will be appraciated.

Thank's

Nightshift

A 3S charged yesterday ,open voltage this morning 10.32V .Placed under a 0.5A (500 mA) load voltage 10.29. 10.29/3=3.43 volts per cell . 3.43*2=6.46 V for two cells.
