JSGP51:
No most upgrades are put as the 300 size, or listed as blade CP or venom night ranger, which are both very similar helicopters to the 22E. 300 is the general size, your 60 is a 400 size.

Yes ...headshake but not violent enough to bend the shaft...
Double check your linkages on the upper portion of the head. Turning the head slowly make sure your flybar cage stays level (with the swash level)
Also .... I'm assuming your blades are balanced.

The one that sp0on linked to you is for the 22e.
You can also find it at www.helidirect.com
The HDX300 is what is most commonly referenced for this head.

Are the metal heads marked for specifically the 22e or are they for another heli. Because that might be why I can't find . I have a new Walk 60 with all the upgrades to be put on soon because I want to learn on the stock first. Money is an issues. I am having a real bear of a time trying to figure out the setting for the rudder/gyro mx on that one but when I get it dialed in I think I might just put the money into that.

That screw is was speaking of goes through the main head shaft and through the top of the connection shaft. I guess it is to keep the head from moving up and down on the shaft as well as keeping it from free wheeling.

138.00 wow that's alot. I might just replace the stock warn stuff for practice. Because I find it real easy to hover and turn and that stuff. And fly my all metal 60 with the brushless etc. For more alaborate stuff.

That screw is the main screw for holding the head... I sheared mine in a minor crash...I used a 1/16" pin to replace it.
It is a "light press fit" and should not fail again. Getting it out should I need to replace the shaft may be interesting

Thanks dude. When I get it all up and running I will post a pic. Mine is all stock but the head and I used an Axe cp tail boom that extends it enough for me to put the lipo under the 4-1. Balance almost perfect.

One other thing thing that is critical... check the flybar to make sure it is exactly center...I had mentioned this earlier in the thread but thought I should mention it anyway just in case...

Also, check to make sure you did up the small screws on the flybar cage that hold the flybar in place. Level the blades on your flybar then tighten these screws (or vice versa)
It is a 0.050 inch that fits it. If these blades move during flight, this could be causing the vibration as described.

Hey guys got everything right. made sure the head was balanced with the blades on. head shake gone. flew great. second battery pack charged and while flying in the living room lost transmission. heli went straigh for the tv, hit it , broke the tail, main frame, front servo was flung off of heli. I have no idea what happened. all I know is that i was hvering and the tail stoped working. shut off the throttle and it still kept going. that sucks and now i have to rebuild it again.

Ouch, sorry to hear about the crash..
Sounds like you may have taken a frequency hit...
Glad to hear that you got the head working though....
