HI guys

I need an opinon on which covering is better to use koverall or stits lite. I'm not sure which one I should use. I'm building a D-7 and I will be painting it. I like the stits covering and i have ordered some to test on a wing panel. But Koverall has come to mind as well. Also has anyone used the rib stitching tap from the guy in canada? and how do you like it? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stits Lite for sure,
Coverall is the same type of fabric but Stits lite is a whole system almost identical to full size airplanes.

Thanks, I was leaning in that direction. Where I get a little confused is, If i use there system I have to stay with there paints? problem is they don't have the color i need, I'm building a Fokker D-7 and the blue and red needs to be matched from the picture I have. Also the bottom of the sub wing is a funky turquoise, this color certainly need to be mixed. So do i just use the fabric and maybe the poly tac for attaching the fabric then go with a different paint like sigs dopes or another brand?

Stits is a complete system, you'll have to use it through the Primer stage.
BUT I believe you can use Latex or urethane over top of their primer. What about using a lozenge pattern Fabric?
Check on the Scale models threads for info on it.

I have read very good things about Solartex being better than Koverall. White Koverall is the only woven fabric I have used. You should check out threads on RCscalebuilder and maybe ask there also.
