Sorry that pic might be kind of hard to see. But if u can see where that green "blob" is, thats where the screw should be when u first screw it in. U should still be able to see the screw from the outside

Check to see if its even shifting without any load. Hold it in the air then just rev past half throttle and you should be able to hear it flick into gear and your exhaust will just start screaming very loud and sounds like its going crazy. This is when you know 2nd gear just kicked in yo!

You will even feel it flick into 2nd gear when your holding it. Its harder to notice when you put it down on the ground but you will always notice the revs will change. When my 2nd gear kicks in it sometimes looses traction and starts going in a different direction which is scary in the streets

boys, that screw u indicated in the picture is not the second gear adjustment screw. thats the screw to tighten to the cup once its in there. what u'll need to adjust is the screw with the spring (in the picture) that u turn tight then 2.5 - 3 turns out..so what u do is loosen that other screw first (the green one in the picture), then tighten the adjustment screw, then turn 2.5 turns out. now put it in the other cup...THEN tighten the other set screw, so it fits tightly on the cup. then put the rest of it together, and try it out. u'll need to play around with the shift screw, but u can do that from under the chassis. i had the same problem, and my 2nd gear works like a charm now.

Hey jon, my fail safe is 100% now...i had to also tweak that. that venom smart temp fail safe is too advanced man. hahaha.
peace!!!

Dammit i knew this screw was the wrong one but i forgot to correct that when i was making that green blob because i was too busy thinking about how far the screw should be in

SOO altho it looks like the wrong screw i was talking about its the screw that goes in at an angle. that should only go in so far and then turn 3 times

depend on ur taste. i like the Drift-kit but ive been ranting about how they should sell the kit in parts. Nothing is really wrong with getting the kit and conversion but dont forget about RESALE value. if u ever wanted to sell your rs4, dont expect to get anything close to $400 for it. $250 if ur lucky

I have a feeling that some items in your order is in out of stock and on backorder. Ive had similar problems took over a month for me to recieve it and they only told me it was on backorder like 3 weeks after i ordered it. Id try contact towerhobbies asap to the current status of the order

Its most likely in customs in line for clearance. I ordered an engine from nitrorchobbies on ebay took a month, was complaining to the seller for 2 weeks. I thought he was ripping me off but it ended up at customs for a while cause i saw the customs sticker on the box with the date when i recieved it

Jon, did you get any sort of tracking number? I know from past experience, that it's worth the extra few bucks to get insurance. Like this you can track your parcel. But because it's one big order order, I'm sure it's stuck at customs as well. Hold onto your shorts there big guy. You'll get your items soon
