I got my OS CV-RX 2 days ago i just finished fitting it in last night. It is so small compared to my old engine and the engine fully suits the chassis, very sexy time nicee haha.

I didnt know i had to cut away part of the diff case and the radio tray support, i thought it was straight bolt on. The Hotbodies Bling engine mounts perfectly fit straight in with the spacers.

Im planning to change the carb after break-in to a HPI F2 composite carb which fits straight in too cause the stock one looks bodgy . Also im going to get the 2piece turbo plug conversion with the OS Speed hyper cooling head for it. Suprisingly they didnt make the T-plug conversions for the .18's lol only for the .12 and .15'

I havent broken it in yet, probably take me another 2 weeks till i have time to get fresh fuel and break it in. Ill post up pics later when i get home

Get flyscreen mesh from your local hardware store. Fold it into 2 to get a finer mesh and tape it on the bottom of your chassis plate. Im not sure if thats what ur talking about, but thats what i use to protect my gears from pebbles and rocks

Hey nice RS4 u got there.... I just recently got into this hobby and it was my luck i got a rs4 2 for super cheap.. 120 bucks for it with lots of extras including a extra motor and carb..... But anyway i just spent around 180 bucks for some stuff of ebay to upgrade it somewhat.. I boguth a tuned pipe, 2-speed tranny, drift tires and rims, and a nissan 350z body.... Later on in the near future i will prob upgrade the motor to the .18 caus i have the stock .15FE and it's only pushin .6hp for now.... I will definitely take some pics when its all put together and done but for now i just have the stock pics.......
