I recently downloaded MS Internet explorer 7 (the latest version) and could view my history when I opened the favorites window. I just noticed that my history is no longer viewable. This is really annoying not being able to click on the history tab and back track what I was doing eariler. Can I get my history to be displayed again. Thanks, Pete

Click on the yellow star (favourites button), a tab wil open in which you can select favourites, feed, and history. If you get annoyed with IE 7 (the worst version IMHO) you should download firefox or opera, IE is basically a cheap ripoff of those two explorers.

Hands,
Thanks for the info but that is the real problem I'm having. When I open the favorites star, then open the history tab, nothing is there. I had it when I first down loaded MS7 then one day it was gone. Can you still help?

I have no clue whats wrong here but try pressing control+shift+H or clicking view, explorer bar, and then history. If your history doesnt open then I think you are going to have to try downloading it again.

Have you downloaded any kind of security junky software? I know there are a couple programs out there that will delete your history when you close IE. If nothing else works, IE7 set a restore point after it was installed. Just do a system restore.
