To echo that again.... spare parts, spare parts, spare parts!! That's the name of the game.... and also knowing how to replace them!

You can have 4 hours of batteries, but if you don't have a spare spur gears (if you use plastic) or steering/suspension components, your day could last 5 minutes. No fun when they last 5 min. When I go out, I take 2 trucks. So I have a back-up. When we went to Mike's RC World... one truck's motor wasn't working, and the other I broke the steering servo in the first 2 minutes on the track..... so I swapped motors from one truck to the other and continued to play on!! Of course not everyone has 2+ trucks though.

thankyou for the great advice well i was in chilliwack this week did some good bashin broke an a-arm so i bout to sets of rpm arms and put them on stripped the plastic gear ... so ill have to get a metal spur and a vented cluctchbell and the three cluctch plates will have to wait till payday

Childsplay and I bashed in chilliwack on Sat. To our "kids" out to play! The racer with the OS is STILL running strong. Really like the Suspension Conversion kit. My Basher truck well i'm grunting at the collari 30. Stay running fine with the ignitor on but take off Quit every time GRRRRR. Here are my 2 and did a group shot!

wow i didint mention i was doin 12 foot jumps and i bet a shock and cracked the fuel tank ... but i got to say thats a nice setup

how come you guys dont bring your trucks to the track !!!! there is a monster truck class and its a lot of fun and its a cheap day of fun ... i used to bash and stuff but the one time i got on a real track i got hooked real bad !

real nice tracks to run on se get them moster trucks out to play ... everyone is nice and is willing to help out

see yea at the track

you do need memberships at both tracks to play on them but on race day you just pay your 15 bucks and your good to go

I've got my LRP in and almost broken in now. This thing is sweet. I also installed some HPI aluminum shoes.

Hey, I finally have my LRP broken in, along with a JP-3 pipe. Now, I want to know what plugs you guys run. My LRP came with an OS R5, and it's been a great plug. I usually pick up McCoy MC-8 plugs, but I don't think I like them very much. Thanks
