Can any one help me out? I am trying to find out if the rascal has a restrictor and, if so can i remove it to give me more speed / acceleration!!!

There is no actual restrictor. The exhaust manifold is small due to the can style muffler. Check out the New Era manifold that allows the use of a tuned exhaust. It looks strange, but makes lots of power.
