Well some sucess, 2:07 pm customer service line finaly answered, talked to Paul, was told that the reason no plane, was that they were sold out, I asked for a refund and was told it would happen, why not a email on tuesday that they were out of stock and i would have been happy, it will be interesting to see how long before i get my credit on my card.

I have not had anything but good service from NP. This time I am getting concerned though. I pre-ordered the Zlin Z-50 on the 10th of Feb. They Est. shipping date of Feb 20th. My status is still on hold, although they took the est. shipping date off their website, like they are ready to ship. I sent a PM and got no response. At least they haven't debited my money yet.

I knew going in that the service left a LOT to be desired, but this is to the point of being" I DON'T GIVE A D**M ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER".Good luck on the Zlin

right sw 1241 anytime your in need of a refund it takes thirty years, but ohhh when you buy something, they charge your credit card immediately and they get their money within seconds but when you need yours back its always a hassle. thats why i only deal with local guys that way i can show up at thier place of business and raise hell until the cops show up.

Ashtabula is where I am from, not where i Live, I work about 8 miles down the 605 freeway from their warehouse, and for another update, its Sat., the 24th at one oclock and i still don't have any refund on my credit card and i defently don't want their product, they offered to ship me a 40 size in the same model, however i don't do 40 size so i have no need for a 40 size.

Sat pm update:: 4:30 pm, have sent numerous pms today trying to get my payment back, no answer back so far, only contact from N.P. from monday the 19th has been a Paul that answered the phone on friday afternoon promising to refund my card and a pm from nitrostaff asking if i wanted a 40 size and a 20% discount, all i want is my money back, how hard is that, it can be done in an instant,

a piece of thought from their ( N. P.) web site

Since NITROMODELS may still be a fairly new company for a lot of people, we understand your first concern when buying from us. You may be concern about the price we give and you probably wonder WHY IS IT SO CHEAP? Well, you'll not the first one and will not even come close to being the last one to wonder why! The answer is fairly simple! We like to see happy customer so we can feel good about ourselves! But of course, we like to build good relationship with everyone and keep a happy tie with you!

There's a few things we can guarantee you for our products: 100% GOOD PRODUCT, 100% LOW PRICE, 100% E-MAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE (our phone can be very busy sometimes so if you need to talk, best time to call is 5-7 PST M-F), 100% CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Most of our ARF kits can be built by amateurs and a few of them require very knowledgeable people. If the kit is fairly hard for you to build, just write an email to our VP at admin@nitroplanes.com and see if he can find help for you!

ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY RESPOND TO NOTHING, EMAILS, FAX'S AND PHONECALLS ALL GO UNANSWERED EXCEPT THEY ANSWERED ONE TIME ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND PROMISED TO ISSUE REFUND, OVER 24 HOURS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T DONE IT!!!!!

Take a chill pill. Nitrostaff has been out of the country for about a month. He seems to be the best person to deal with. If you think they're trying to rip you off, why not contact your credit card company?
I have bought 3 planes from them, and never have had a complaint. Either I have been lucky or you haven't; just relax a little bit. They'll come through for you. What did t his plane cost you? $100? Tray and be a little more patient.
I know it's an ARF world and we all want it NOW. Sometimes we don't get what we want. Be patient.

YOU CHILL,
THEY HAVE MY MONEY, DOESN'T MATTER IF ITS A BUCK OR A HUNDRED OR A THOUSAND, AND I AM GLAD FOR YOU, HOWEVER THEY CHARGED MY CARD W NO PRODUCT TO SHIP AND THEN MADE OUT A UPS SHIPPER AND LEFT IT LIKE THAT, I DON'T WANT THEIR darn ARF AND I DONT THINK THAT THE WHOLE COMPANY WENT TO GERMANY, HOW DID THE TRANSACTION GET DONE TO BEGIN WITH? THE PERSON THAT RAN MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER COULD EASILY RUN A CREDIT AND GET IT OVER WITH.
I AM SHARING MY EXPERIENCES WITH THIS FORUM AS THEY OCCUR AND JUST MAYBE N P WILL COME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT TRUE" A* CUSTOMER SERVICE"(a quote from their web site also) REALLY IS, BEFORE THEY WENT TO GERMANY, THEY DID A POST ABOUT HOW THEY WERE HIRING MORE PEOPLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMER PROBLEMS AND TO BETTER MONITOR THIS FORUM, THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED AS FAR AS I CAN SEE

sw1241:

Sorry to hear about your problems.

Most of the NP staff is out at the WRAM show apparently, and I'll bet no one is answering e-mails at the moment.

Keep e-mailing them. I'll bet you'll get a response next week.
