Ok I took off the blades. There is 1 screw on each side holding in the blade grip. I can loosen one side but not the other because both screws unloosed in the same direction. What can I do to unloosen the other side?

Also once Off do I have to force the blade grip off? Pry it off? After only being able to take out one sides screw the blade grip doesn't come off. does it need to be pried off a Bearing?

Thanks

you are in the right direction.. but the screws counter act each other. they both dont unscrew in the same direction.. use 2 screw drivers .. yes there are bearings in the grips that hold on to the Feathering shaft .. there are 2 bearings and a spacer inside the grips.. you will need to pop-off the Seesaw Linkage and just PULL the grips..

I think I understand your problem Arconom. If you get the a screw out and the grip seems stuck it's because the loctite they used has sort of glued the blade grip bearing to the feathering spindle. This happened to me. What you want to do here is put the screw back in loose so there is some space between it and the bearing face. Put the screwdriver back in and give it a tap with a small hammer and it will pop loose.

Good Luck!

I can't find info on the order of the bearings spacers. Does the spacer go between the bearings, at the hub, or at the grip? Does it matter?

Thanks.
