Hello, I sent nitromodels an email question from your website over a week ago, left a message and phone number on the answering machine six days ago, and still haven't heard word one. Is this what I should expect from your company?

I need some info on an order that was placed last week. I was told via E-mail that it would be delivered last Friday but I have yet to see it. I have tried calling several time can not get through. The UPS tracking numbers sent to me do not work.
Please give me any up date that you can.

Where can I get the retracts for this model? It says they are out of stock. Are they heavy duty enough?

The basic retracts we carry are currently sold out. You may consider getting one from ROBART...I heard they came out with the 800 series specially made for Nitromodels 90~120 size planes.

i have received my spitfire 120,nice plane,however my canopy is split. could you send me a new one please?

Hello,
I must say that I am very happy with your company and your customer service at this point. I received my canopy as promised and I am impressed with my spitfire 120. I haven't started the build yet, but I should within the next month. Do I need to fuelfroof the paint ?
