Status: offline 		Hello, I sent nitromodels an email question from your website over a week ago, left a message and phone number on the answering machine six days ago, and still haven't heard word one. Is this what I should expect from your company?

Status: offline 		I need some info on an order that was placed last week. I was told via E-mail that it would be delivered last Friday but I have yet to see it. I have tried calling several time can not get through. The UPS tracking numbers sent to me do not work.
Please give me any up date that you can.

Status: offline 		The basic retracts we carry are currently sold out. You may consider getting one from ROBART...I heard they came out with the 800 series specially made for Nitromodels 90~120 size planes.

I must say that I am very happy with your company and your customer service at this point. I received my canopy as promised and I am impressed with my spitfire 120. I haven't started the build yet, but I should within the next month. Do I need to fuelfroof the paint ?
