Just a crazy Idea I had with an old P3 550 coper-mine chip laying around, I figured Id cut it up and make it into a heat sink for my electric motor.
Look at my gallery for the pictures.
I milled the surface flat with a mini milling machine.
It's not completed yet but It should be by Sunday night.
Soon I will make a heat sink to strap onto the motor.

Looks heavy, it's not going to provide much cooling by attaching it to the from of the motor. They make a heat-sink that fit's around the can, that would provide the most cooling, just a thought.

Interesting idea. I wonder what the effect will be. In any case, you might want to see if you can find and use some heat transfer adhesive or gel as used with semiconductors and their heat sinks, to get the motor heat to the radiator.
