That engine will be MEAN. In this little thing it will be absolutely monstrous. No need to worry about it. I have a great respect for SH engines, I have used several of their mills under the Nosram brand. You get about 5 and a half mins from that engine on a racing touring car fuel tank, unfortunately I don't know how big the tank is on these little things...

Can I clarify something folks?? Is this thing designed for TWO mini servos? Or a full size on steering and a mini on throttle? I am only interested in putting a full size on the steering, there are loads of hi-torque minis that should be capable of pulling the brakes on this thing...correct me if I am wrong...

Mini servos for both. But the pictures I posted are with a full-size servo, despite what the other kid says

It is designed for two mini servos. You have to do some custom work to put in a full size.

Day 2 CRT .5 Build and test:

I have now finally completed everything.
I started the running in process. Idled the first tank and then after that I started running the car. I used less than half throttle and all I can say is WOW!!!. This CRT is wicked. It handles like a dream, then acceleration is phenomenal. The braking is excellent.
I ran 3 tanks and must admit the SH 12 is a breeze to run in. Idles constant and wicked acceleration. I cant wait to see it at full race tune.
This .12 seems like its just right, I can imagine a .15 or .18 it must be nuts….
Anyways could not get a video clip as it was gettinmg dark early now so next time a video clip.

I also did my body. Hope you like the paintjob.
Enjoy the pics.

I believe you foxy. The SH12 is simply put awesome.

Yeah but it's a small price to pay for the performance of these little things.

Truck looks great. Your truck must be wicked with that OS speed engine.
My truck with a SH 12 is very fast. I get 10 min on a tank of fuel playing around. Love this truck. Handles like a charm and accelerates as fast as I want it to. WOW love it.
