Being the President of the Greatest nation in the World. . I think George W. Bush can easily recognize the BEST things. . .I have a funny feeling they do NOT include German products of any sort.

As for lack of intelligence. . . . .we all know better.

Harry I love it

No sisters , the only siblings I could get to stand in for me are my brothers. Six brothers living and they wouldn't put on a dress for sure

We (our shop) worked on the building of Clinton's Cadillac limos and I would have much preferred him in a Mercedes. The Clinton Caddies have been retired but George is riding in the replacements ,also Caddies. It seems I did see Pat Buchannan once in a Mercedes but I would have voted for him anyways And the way it looks Tony and George want to extract a certain Iraqi from his Mercedes

Don't care at all for what is shaping up but most GOVERNMENTS wind up a bit dictatorial in the long run too !

I know you are not a dealer ,just a very satisfied consumer. I was just trying to say that there are many folks around with less than ideal results form the marque and SOME of the enthusiasm may be nationalist in nature, in fact you even hinted some kind of bias on my part as an American ,turn about is fair

All kidding aside ,I can understand people have many different reasons for making their choices . I choose not to use Multiplex on dated experience that may need revision . I will be watching for Multiplex to become available and of course take a look at it.

BTW:The picture is a couple years old but it IS me .
I'll send you the dress if you'll post us a pic of you in it

Yes, I think most people in the world would agree that the best place for Americans to stay is in America.

Of course BEST is pretty absolute . The BEST for any given person is a moving target . Adolph H had his choice of cars and I have seen pictures of Adolph in VWs and Mercedes ,even seen him on a Zundapp cycle. I guess I have seen dictators in Mercedes more often than most other makes of automobile now that you mention it
Yep, BEST is pretty absolute! Remember, a dictator doesn't rise to power by being stupid! And while Adolph preferred the Mercedes, he still did the publicity photos in the "peoples car!"

I'll just keep driving my jeep.
HarryC

Well, I didn't know that George W Bush has a Mercedes. I will look out for it next time!
That is because George is an ELECTED official not a dictator! (I know this may be a difficult concept for those so close to a still floating socialist Europe! )
MTT

That's because he is too dumb to recognize a good thing when he sees it !

Not even worthy of comment.

Well enough of the politics. I won't comment on that any more here...even though this is a fun crew! (A pitcher o'suds please!)

Back to the original content of the thread.

I think that if you took the ease of use of the JR, interchangeability and engineering concepts of the multiplex, the value of Hitec, and some of Thunderbolts list, we may have a radio worth buying!

My ONLY political statement of this thread (the rest were observations) :

The REASON America is reviled, thought badly of, hated, or people are jealous of her.. . . Frank Sinatra had it RIGHT. .

We did it OUR way!!!

And it WORKED.

Someday the Socialists will all die off (we can only hope) but in the meantime, they are free to speak here, teach here, and live here. . .much to our continued delight at such cheap and hilarious entertainment.

no other nation can boast of that

Starting to look like padlock time.

None are perfect some are just better suited than others.
Radios AND Countries.
The better ones usually offer choices. Wise folks choose well !
When folks choose wisely they are most satisfied.
I like my radios and I like where I live. And there are still other choices for any one with different likes.

Naw, not yet. I have an old TF P-39 I have just painted. I am getting ready to start a TF Giant scale B mustang (I may convert it to an A). I have two of those, two of the TF 1/7 B mustangs (RCV engine for one), and one red box waiting to be built. I was unable to fly or build for a while do to my job. I am getting my wings back with some arfy things, and getting my balsa skills back prior to risking my babies.

I may sell one of the big ones and pick up the Aeroloft kit now that I know it exists!

Ladyflyer...oh nooooo you changed your avitar
I think your gallery would be a good place to keep the use ones!

There's a lot to be said for a radio that is easy to program, yet is comprehensive in the features offered whilst managing to provide those features reliably without containing firmware bugs.

Post 60 contains an example of this....

I feel quite happy and secure that my JR radio will send the correct output in response to my stick movements (however wrong they may be).

Whereas a MPX user, having programmed in some mixes, will be moving the sticks and praying to God that the plane does what its supposed to!

That's why they're so evangelical about it
