Status: offline 		Using Formula u paint, I have applied 3 coates of paint to my project plane. I am painting over foam which I lightly sanded before painting. After all coats where applied the surface is a mixture of dull and shiny areas.
I was thinking of using Top Flight crystal clear to try and even out and gain a high gloss look, but the Formula U paint says not ot use any other brands with it. (WHY)?

I have even considered using Minwax or somthing similiar to try an enhance the shine of the plane..but keep thinking of about Formula U's label..



Any and all help is appreciated..

Status: offline 		it could react with the formula u and blister,craze and just create a mess,try it on a scrap piece and see what happens first
